Due to the vast amount of orders we have received, we have come to the unanimous agreement to start collecting all orders for the week and ship them collectively on Mondays. This decision was made as we came to the realization that in this way unnecessary trips to the post office would be obviated. Even though this might seem like a retrogression for the arrival of the product at your home door, we ask you to please understand that in this way we will be able to handle all orders more efficiently and accurately.
The site design and implementation is almost complete, and we appreciate the patience and understanding that all of our visitors and customers have offered us through these last months. This weekend we will add winter Japanese snacks, from Glico, Nestle, Calbee, Meiji, and more. We encourage you to be on the look out for these new products. Once again thank you for your understanding regarding the new shipping policy, if you wish to find more about it please visit this link. |

We have been working in bringing new products to the website. It has been a long and arduous work but we are starting to pick up steam. I would like to take this moment to say thank you to all of our loyal customers that have always believed in our dreams and goals.
Since fall is very well here, Japanese have already bombarded its customers with all kinds of sales and promotions. We at NipponExports.com also ran our own big sale event with much success. Today it was the last day that we were offering such low prices, and now we have risen the prices to normal levels. If you missed this wonderful opportunity to buy Japanese candy at bargain prices we feel very sorry, but the good news are that we are always offering some kind of incentive for you to take advantage of; be on the look out for one coming up! We appreciate your patience when it comes to shipping. Please understand that since we are in Japan, the delivery time will be from 2 to 4 weeks when you choose the Surface and Air Shipping method (SAL). Also to add to the tardiness of the matter is the fact that customs can be slow to process international mail in your country. Once the package has arrived to the country of destination via airplane, it is handled as ground mail. As you can see this is why your order can be slow to arrive to your door. But trust me, the wait will be worth it. |

The cold breezes are already starting to find their way into Japan. It reminds me of how melancholic these times can be for a summer-loving individual like myself. I personally dislike cold weather, but taking into account that we are located in the Nagano prefecture, home of extreme weather, there is no reason why these sudden fluctuations of temperature should come as a surprise. The change of season does not mean that everything is bad however, it brings with it the joys of an array of holidays that are celebrated with much enthusiasm around the world. The most immediate of them all, to the excitement of millions of kids, is Halloween. This particular festivity is known for customs, candy, and trick-or-treating, and here in Japan it has started to catch quite a momentum among the population. This is reflected by the variety of different snacks that are released during October by the different candy confectioners and manufacturers. It is with great excitement, and joy that we at NipponExports.com release the Halloween season special products. These include limited editions of Pocky, KitKat, and many more chocoholic's favorites. We would also like to take this opportunity to extend our invitation to check our annual fall season specials. We are clearing out our exiting summer inventory to make room for the winter merchandise, this means that we have reduced much of the products by as much as 50%!!! Take advantage of our offer because it will not last long; once an item is sold out, most likely it will not be available until next year. This is not because we are cruel or inhumane, rather it is because Japanese food is known for being seasonal, and candy is no exception. We would like to thank all of our loyal customers that have always believed in us and entrusted us to fulfill their Japanese wants. It is our goal to keep on fulfilling your expectations. Thank you for visiting! Your family, NipponExports.com |

All day I was preoccupied with the update of the website's design. Yesterday we decided to update the layout in order to give a friendlier and easier experience to you - the customer. After quite some thought and brainstorming, we came into an unanimous conclusion to use a more subtle and agreeable color combination. This post is a small update as there are yet many bugs to spot and eliminate throughout the site. If you happen to come across one of these elusive nuisances please let us know at

Is summer right now in Japan. Most people are on vacation and ready to enjoy the seemingly endless vacationing spots dispersed throughout the country. We at NipponExports.com are no different, and will take this time to enjoy the beautiful scenery that Nagano has to offer; host of the 1998 winter Olympics. Last week, as we walked through the picturesque lake Chirakabako, a promising idea struck us. Everybody enjoys visiting, or looking at pictures of beautiful places. As we admired the scenery, we came to the unanimous conclusion that our customers would appreciate a little sample of such a view. Pictures do indeed speak louder than words, and once you see for yourself the majestic scenes that this beautiful country has to offer, your appreciation for Japan will increase ten-fold.
During this week we will be visiting places to showcase in the up-coming section about Japan. By doing this, we believe that we will be reinforcing our ties with it and thus fulfilling our dreams of becoming an ambassador of Japanese culture to the world. By recognizing the enormous possibilities the Internet offers regarding globalization, we can bring our customers closer to Japan. In other news, I want to take this opportunity to bring to your immediate attention that we are starting to sell the beloved pretzel sticks covered in flavored cream called "Pocky". These sticks are so delicious that we guarantee that once you try them you will want more, and as always, we at NipponExports.com are always on stock. Remember that we offer special discounts for customers that wish to buy in bulk ;). Thank you for shopping at NipponExports.com, we are looking forward to fulfilling your Japanese desires. |
